It should go without saying that when an event requires a large amount of gear that extra power needs to be brought in. Too much is riding on the reliability of our gear to trust it to wall power, besides wall sockets can’t even handle the type of gear we use on a regular basis anyway. The hotel or venue typically has extra power available, but there are fees involved in having access to that power.

We will strive to work with the venue as much as possible to ensure that the correct amount and type of power is used.
