Traditional Lighting
Traditional or conventional lights are typically fixed lights. They have capability to be focused or aimed. Once that is done they can only be dimmed. The most common traditional lights are lekos and pars. Pars and lekos come in many styles and sizes. They can be mounted on truss, pipes, or used with floor bases for up lights. All can be used as white light or with gels. Gels are colored sheets that shade the light coming from a lighting instrument. This provides many options for different lighting effects. Lekos also have the capability of using gobos and different lens styles. The degree angle of your leko lens determines the size and shape of your light at the destination. A gobo is a metal or glass stenciled shape that fits inside of a leko. Gobos can be generic, for example a star shape, a texture, a line of circles, or any other shape. Gobos can also be custom made for a very reasonable price. We can have your company’s logo shining on the wall, ceiling, or even a waterfall if you so desire.
